Auxiliary chemicals of positive photo resists Stripper 　　主要用于TFT-LCD的光刻工艺中的去胶工序，它与我公司生产的RZJ-395系列的正胶搭配使用效果更为良好。 The chemical is mainly used in the stripping process of the production of TFT-LCD. It will do better when used with the series of RZJ-395 produced by our company.

使用方法		剥离液加热至80℃，然后喷淋至基板上，超声波震荡后，再进行一次喷淋，接着用纯水漂洗，最后紫外O3灰化。
